Songkran Festival Water fights hit Koh Tao

One of our favorite times of year, the Thai New Year festival called Songkran is a day of fun, water fights, beer and barbecue.  Our Underwater video Interns are out and about the streets of Koh Tao on a beautiful sunny day, everybody is in Party mode.

Andy, Anup, Marco and Max film the fun and frolic at Sairee Beach, Chalok Baan Kao and our office based at Mae Haad.  With road blocks around the island trapping unsuspecting victims to get soaked with a barrage of water pistols and buckets and there is no escape.

 

 

 

Later in the evening the Barbecue kicks off with Ribs, Burgers and Potatoes, the perfect way to end the evening with friends joking about the days exploits.
